1. Introduction
Welcome to SafetyOnline ("Portal"), operated by Ladwa Safety Inc. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Portal. By registering for or using the Portal, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.
2. Eligibility & Registration
You must be a registered dealer or authorized business entity to use this Portal. Registration requires accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all actions taken using your account.
3. Use of the Portal
The Portal facilitates browsing, ordering, and managing products in categories such as Traffic Safety, Industrial Safety, Security Equipment, Barricades, and Retro-Reflective Signages. All products remain the sole property of Ladwa Safety Inc. until full payment is received.
4. Orders and Payments
When you submit an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes and delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only once you receive an official confirmation email. Payment methods include secure online options as offered on the Portal.
5. Delivery & Risk of Loss
Delivery times may vary and are subject to availability. Once the product leaves Ladwa Safety Inc.'s custody, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
